I have been tailgating for 25 years and my love for outdoor cooking started in the parking lot at the old Texas Stadium. I'm now honored to announce I am the Official Pitmaster of the Dallas Cowboys. It is a dream come true to be partnering with a team I have been cheering on since I was a little kid.
Over those 25 years, I have mastered cooking at a tailgate and have written countless tailgating recipes.
