Â
I learned this cocktail from my buddy Troy Aikman. It's refreshing and great for tailgating or summer time. You can make it as written below or kick it up a notch by grilling the citrus to make it a "Smoked Treehouse."

Ingredients:
- Blanco Tequila (We use Dos Primos)
- Grand Marnier
- Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (way better than store bought)
Make the cocktail
Mix 2 parts tequila, 1 part Grand Marnier & 2 parts grapefruit juice in a shaker cup with ice. Obviously you can adjust the amounts on the ingredients to your taste and liking. Shake thoroughly. Serve over ice and enjoy!
If you want to make it a Smoked Treehouse
Slice several large grapefruits in half. Dip the flesh side in turbinado sugar, Grill hot at 500 (450 if that is your max temp) on a pellet grill to get a nice char on them.
Allow to cool, squeeze the juice and strain.Â
