There is nothing more Texan than a Ranch Water which is a cocktail made with sparkling mineral water and tequila. We add a shot of prickly pear simple syrup to make this the perfect summer cocktail!

Ingredients
- 12 ounce Topo ChicoÂ
- 2 ounces blanco tequila
- 21 ounce Brushfire Farms Prickly Pear Simple Syrup
- 1 lime wedge
Prepare the cocktail
Drink the neck out of an ice cold Topo Chico.
Drink the neck out of an ice cold Topo Chico.
Add tequila.Â
Add Prickly Pear Simple Syrup.Â
Add the lime wedge, place your thumb in the bottle and flip to float the lime all the way to the other end of the bottle. Slowly remove your thumb, and be careful because it's going to squirt.Â
