Ranch is a staple in Texas and I'd say the #1 condiment. It goes with EVERYTHING! Our family prefers this jalapeño ranch which is a perfect southwestern flavor profile that is not too "hot."
We made this famous on our Chicken Fried Brisket Burnt Ends!
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh jalapeño
- 1/3 cup green chilies
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon Meat Church Dia De La Fajita Seasoning
Combine all ingredients into a blender or hand stir until smooth.
Garnish with slices of fresh jalapeño.
Best when refrigerated overnight!
