Cheesy Pull-Apart Meatball Sliders

These Cheesy Pull-Apart Meatball Sliders topped with garlic butter are a delicious game day snack. We love to use King's Hawaiian rolls to make these for tailgates, but we also love to grill these sliders to take to the lake or any outdoor activity for that matter. You can cook 12 or 24 at once and have yourself a great snack for a crowd.

Pro Tip: top with pickles and ranch. Matt's fav!

Prepare your grill
Prepare your pellet grill or oven at 425. In this video we used hickory pellets, but the cook is so short that any wood or pellet will work.

Make the meatballs
In a large bowl combine the ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs, cheese & seasoning. Then add the eggs and milk and mix. Roll into 24 balls, season with Meat Church Garlic & Herb and place on a rimmed backing sheet.

Prepare the garlic butter
In a small bowl combine the butter and seasoning and set aside.

Build the sliders
Keeping the King's Hawaiian rolls attached, use a long serrated knife to slice the tops off the rolls leaving you with a top section and bottom section.

Layer 5 slices of cheese across the bottom section.

Cover the sliders with the top section of the rolls. Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter.

Grill the sliders
Place the tray back in the pellet grill or oven until the cheese is melted which will take about 5 minutes.

Carefully transfer the sliders to a platter or cutting board and serve. Enjoy!

And if you are really feeling daring, top each with pickles and ranch!
