Alabama White Sauce was made famous by Big Bob Gibson's in Decatur, Al. This is not a real common sauce that a lot of people have tried, and this recipe is my take on their classic. The acidity pairs great with BBQ and the mayo acts as a moisture barrier especially with poultry.
Ingredients:
4 C Mayo (We prefer Duke's)
1/2 C cider vinegar
2 T Horseradish
1 1/2 T sugar
1 T lemon juice
2 TÂ Meat Church Holy Cow
Combined all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Chill for several hours. Enjoy!
